Fractional Ownership

Fractional ownership is similar to traditional timeshare ownership but instead of purchasers owning usage time of the property, the purchaser owns part of the title. Ownership “parts” or “shares” are typically broken up into equal parts.

Unlike timeshares, Fractional ownership’s intervals are much greater. For Instance, If you were to own a half share of a property, you would be allowed to use the property up to 26 weeks a year.

Five star resorts are normally chosen as fractional ownership properties.
